Shipping & Returns
We can ship to the continental United States via UPS and Hawaii via the US Postal Service. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products are available for warehouse pick up only. No international shipping for wholesale accounts at this time.
When you place an order, we will call you to review your order and collect payment information. Before shipping, we can call you with the exact UPS or USPS shipping charges.
Damaged or Broken Items
We are sorry, but there are no returns for wholesale orders. You may receive account credit for any items that arrive broken or damaged. Please contact the warehouse at 714-596-7636 and/or email a picture of the damaged items to email@example.com within 7 days. Your account will be credited within 72 hours.
